Over 40 years later, Alexander Construction Company East follows the same model of using the best architects to create clean, beautiful, and thoroughly functional homes.

Alexander Construction Company East merges the best of innovative Palm Springs architecture and Hudson Valley living.
Each house features a public downstairs and a private upstairs with a circular staircase connecting the two.
Exterior Finishes
Alexander Construction Company East has completed buildable exterior plans that can be customized to suite.
-Three building facades: Stucoflex facade, charred wood facade, cinder block facade
-Three roof lines: flat roof, shed roof, or green roof, all with sky light
-Three exterior additions: Built-in steel circular table, circular cedar hot-tub, circular concrete fire pit
Interior Finishes
Alexander Construction Company East has completed buildable interior plans that can be customized to suite.
-Kitchen: customizable countertops in butcher block, steel or marble
-Bath: separate WC room, separate shower room, and free standing bathtub
-Bed: custom closets, overhead lighting and adjustable wall lighting
